I never thought of myself as a person that liked exotic foods, because I don't like really spicy food, but after comparing notes with my friends, I guess I do! I LOOOVVVEE Indian food, Thai food, Mongolian Food, and the everyday Mexican, Chinese and Italian!
My favorite resturaunt is in Santa Clara, CA. It's a little hole in the wall resturaunt called "Sue's Mongolian food." It is so cool because you pick the raw meat, veggies and sauces that you want and then they cook it for you right in front of you.
Bannana Bread is one of my specialties (Nana's Banana Bread). So are my Soft Snickerdoodle cookies (Soft Snickerdoodle Cookies)! MMMMM....My whole family is always excited whenever I make these, and so are my neighbors and my husband's Marines!
FYI: I have been on a personal quest for a while now to find the PERFECT recipes for: Biscuits, Cornbread, Chocolate Chip cookies (FOUND!!! Just Like the Doubletree Hotel's Chocolate Chip Cookies!!) and brownies, so if you think you know the Ultimate recipes for any of these, please let me know!
