We live in La Mesa, CA. I am a retired English teacher, 36 years in San Diego Unified School District. Hobbies: shooting, reading, woodworking, crosswords. Currently, Barbara and I are Retired Senior Volunteer Patrol Officers with the El Cajon Police Department. Barb also volunteers at an El Cajon elementary school.

Favorite Foods:

Spicy stuff. Comfort foods. Actually, just about anything that isn't drenched in fat. Favorite restaurant is The Hobbit in City of Orange, CA. Favorite local restaurant is The Bali Hai, in San Diego. Nummy Mai Tai's! I invented a stew called "Swill" consisting of anything you feel like throwing into the pot along with a half ton of curry powder.
