I have just started my own events company, finally utilising all my God-given gifts in one place.

I love cooking extraordinary dishes & going the extra mile when I bake a cake. My favourite recipes at the moment are Incredible Baked Lamb Shanks - a Jamie Oliver recipe - and Black Forest Cake - made from scratch. Brilliant, and oh, so decedent!
