I work full time, play soccer, and run my High School aged daughter around. In addition, I've been a Girl Scout leader for about 8 years. I enjoy camping with my camping club, my monthly Bunco nights (I host every 3rd month) and am an avid Fantasy/Mystery/Suspense reader. We are currently remodeling much of our home and eat out too many times in the week. Recipezaar.com has been a godsend. Not only can I find a Bunco cocktail, but the easy 1-dish meals and various camping recipes have served my lifestyle well.
Although I LOVE just about any food there is, I do not care for peas (frogballs). I am a meat and potatoes kind of gal (rather than a dessert person), and I love bread, potatoes and seafood. It takes me forever to plan a non-traditional meal, so I would prefer to never have to cook in my kitchen. However, I immensely enjoy campfire cooking whether it be on a cedar plank, in a pie iron, in a cardboard box or on a stick. If I have to cook dinner, I like no-fuss, one meal dishes that I can just throw into the crockpot. My husband discovered the time-bake function on my oven a few years ago (who would've thought!?), so I can be a little more creative and actually cook some baked potatoes with my entree!
