Hi! I am a stay at home Mom. I have 2 children, a 2 year old and 3 year old. I used to love cooking, but after kids, it was sort of impossible to find the time to try new recipes. Now that my girls are a little older, I'm finally getting back into swing of things.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite kind of food is healthy, fresh, and easy to make. I used to bake a lot too, but we backed off from sweets after my mother-in-law had a quadruple by-pass.

My family's favorite meal is my oven-baked version of "fried chicken".
