I am a Floridain who LOVES to cook. I was in school for Culinary Arts, but that was just a hobby. I have had my bakery certification for 4 yrs now and just cook for pleasure. I am a Medical Insurance Billing and Coder. I love to collect cookbooks & have over 175 at last count. ( Do I use them all?? NO). I like the oldies real old I have one that is from the 1800's. I just love to cook and bake and since I found this site I am using a lot of recipes off the site I LOVE THE SITE!!!!

Favorite Foods:

BLUE CRABS is my ALL TIME FAVORITE. If I was in jail and my last meal was asked of me it would be Blue Crabs and Pepsi.
