I am a retired High School Principal who now has time for one of my loves ---cooking. I recently remodled my home of 30 years and added my dream kitchen. My husband and I have a large circle of friends and entertain frequently--always around food.

Friends and family say I am a good cook. I love ethnic food and trying anything new. I am an experiemental cook who loved to invent dishes.
