about me

My all-time favorite cookbook is the Culinary Arts Institute Cookbooks. My favorite past times are baking and cooking with my 3 kids ages:15,8 and 3. We love food fights. My true passion is my family. I love to cook for them, and teach them to cook. I learned to cook when I was 10 yrs old. I am now 36 and can make most anything from scratch. I make everything from baking powder to laundry soap. Being frugal for me is hobby and one of my passions.

Favorite Foods:

I love to make pie crusts. Most people find doing this frustrating. I find it fun and challenging. I also love to make and eat brownies. My family loves my German Potato Salad and my German Macaroni and cheese,(Spatzle and Cheese) My favorite restaurant is Applebees because their menu always changes.
