about me

I live in Bergen, Norway, with my American husband of almost 10 years! We have 2 daughters, Emma (7 years)and Sara (5 years).

I work full time as a consultant at a publishing house, and love my job. The reason for me to join this site is that I and my husband both need help figuring out how to make good, quality, healthy meals for our family that does not take to much time. I am therefor a newbie at the OAMC, although I will try out 2 weeks first...

Other then that, I love knitting, cross stitch, films, reading books, hiking, being outside with my kids, do arts and crafts with the kids, traveling (which we do a lot).

Oh, if you wonder what my icon is - a cooked sheephead. A traditional food here in West Norway. The bravest will also eat the eye...
