I am an English gal transplanted to the beautiful land of Australia. I love it here and am enjoying experimenting with the abundance of fresh fruit and veg and fish and meat.

I have been a member of Zaar from the early days and am always amazed at what a fantastic community this is. I find myself not buying cookbooks because I think someone will know more/do it better on here!

Favorite Foods:

I love salmon and roast chicken and use my crockpot lots and have adapted lots of recipes for my crock so that I can swing in the door to a tasty, home-cooked meal with no stress! I am always on the look-out for new ones!
