about me

I like to work with my hands and I guess thats why I like cooking. I enjoy art and have recently become hooked on internet radio. My latest interest is working with steel. When I'm not cooking I like making furniture and sculpture.

Favorite Foods:

Cajun cooking, but I think I have shifted my interest to Moroccan food and spices. I recently purchased a Tagine and am having fun playing with it. I like doing good old southern BBQ and grilling pizza. I think the tagine is just a branching out from cooking over a fire to doing it in a dirt pot! Next is building a brick oven and bake some good breads.
