about me

I was born and raised in California, found my husband when I was 18 and married him when I was 20, 2 years later we had our first son Cameron. Then 2 years after that we welcomed our second son Garrett who is now 3 years old and a little girl named Addison born June 11th 2008. I'm a full time stay-at-home-mom or as my husband say's a "home maker". My mom (Ms. Alice) is the person who got me hooked on this website. I just love looking up recipes and trying out new ones. Cooking is a passion of mine; as long as I don't have to do the dishes. I also love to read novels (Nicholas Sparks always makes me cry), watch movies (comedy's are my favorite), and spend time with my boys all 3 of them. I would have to say my pet peeve is being late, I can't stand it when people are late. Especially when you've prepared a meal for guests and they show up 30min late, by then the food has lost it's lustor, it no longer has that hot from the oven/stove taste. Sure you can heat it back up in the microwave, but if I wanted that I'd make easy mac....lol

I just like good food. I have found so many great recipes on this site that are now (OAMC) for me and my family. Hands down though "Breaded Ranch Chicken #46638" has become a family favorite, along with my specialty Chicken Mozzarella #117380
