about me

I live in Melbourne with my gorgeous husband Andy! We're both total foodies who love making and eating dishes of all sorts - I normally try at least 4 new recipes a week. We both do swing dancing and are totally obsessed with our two beautiful cats, Couscous (mine) and Thelonius (DH's). Couscous loves red wine and savoury food, while Thelonius is addicted to frozen yoghurt and chocolate. It's a full time job trying to eat dinner in peace!

Favorite Foods:

We are both obsessed with Szechuan cuisine! Pretty much our favourite meal is some char sui bao, some wontons and some pan fried dumplings with a blow-your-head-off chili sauce. I love trying different things but Chinese food to me is unbeatable. My all time favourite and very unauthentic dish is Chilli-crusted chicken noodles (posted here), we can only go a couple of weeks without severe cravings for it!
