about me

I am 45, & live with my partner of 10 years in Shoreline, WA, a suburb of Seattle. We have a mini-dachshund named Sherman & a cat named Pearl. I am in Human Resources and he is in Travel.

We do a lot of entertaining, & I ALWAY come to Recipe*zaar for new reipes to try! Unfortunately (fortunately?), I have become the designated "chef" for most of the get togethers. Luckily, that keeps me away from having to do the dishes.

Favorite Foods:

Some of our favorites are soups & stews, any kind of dessert, and "party" food. We love to make a meal out of just appetizers, so we have a lot of cocktail parties with "heavy" appetizers and experiment with new drinks.

We also travel to Maui every winter and love the fresh fruit, HUGE Hawaiian avocados & freshly caught fish.
