I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, in California. I am now a stay at home mom after trying desperately for 9 years. With the love and generosity of my sister-in-law who acted as our surrogate we now have a beautiful little boy, Ian. I love to camp and go jet skiing with my husband and our families. We have 2 wonderful chihuahuas! They are always making us laugh. We enjoy spending time with our many nieces and nephews. I am an avid reader and I'm addicted to reality television!

Favorite Foods:

I love to cook! I have always been a terribly picky eater but have found since I started cooking that I enjoy trying new recipes and then making changes to suit our tastes. I think moving around so much as a child, it exposed me to alot of different regional foods and made me curious as an adult as to what else is out there. I look forward to finding new recipes from England where my mother is from and from Germany where I was born. Our friends and family look forward to seeing what I'll come up with next. My favorite restaurant is Horatio's in San Leandro. They make a fantastic Steak Soup which I have almost figured out the recipe for!
