I first got into cooking about 5 years ago when I graduated college and finally had to cook all my meals myself! These days, I don't have much time to cook during the week, so I use a lot of "quick and easy" recipes. ("quick and easy" is hard to find when you're budget AND calorie conscious!) On the weekend, I like to take my time and experiment in the kitchen, and make more involved dishes. Also, I'd just like to state for the record here: "Marinade" is the dressing you put on meat to make it juicy and tasty - i.e. "Use italian dressing for a marinade." "Marinate" is the act of using that dressing - i.e. "Marinate the chicken one hour". Ok, that's all from the Vocabulary Police for today.
Ha ha! It would be easier to list the foods I *don't* like: organ meats and brussel sprouts. I'll eat pretty much anything.
