about me

I am a happy mom of two boys, ages 8.5 & 11. My husband, Paul, is my best friend. I in the kitchen enjoy cooking, eating and even reading cookbooks and recipe sites. (If you are reading this, you know what I mean!)

My husband and I like to entertain so I am often looking for impressive but simple recipes for company. He is from England so any Anglophile recipes are great too.

I have a dream of publishing a recipe book of pantry friendly items. (You know - uh oh, I have 30 mins to make a company meal...)
