about me

I am a happy mom of three boys, ages 9, 11.5 and my step-son who is almost 18. My husband, Paul, is my best friend. I in the kitchen enjoy cooking, eating and watching food TV and even reading cookbooks and recipe sites. (If you are reading this, you know what I mean!)

My husband and I like to entertain so I am often looking for impressive but simple recipes for company. He is from England so any Anglophile recipes are great too.

I have a dream of publishing a recipe book of pantry friendly items. (You know - uh oh, I have 30 mins to make a company meal...)

With the economy on the fritz and 4 man sized appetites in the house, I am getting back to basics and embracing some ol' time scratch recipes.

Favorite Foods:

Wow - lots and lots. I love to make Indian Curry, I love a good steak. (Not that good at making them yet, though.)
