I am currently a healthcare analyst, so in the few spare hours I have, I love to experiment with recipes. Cooking has always been a passion of mine. I grew up actively helping my mom and grandma in the kitchen, which helped strengthen my love of the kitchen. I like to find several recipes for one dish and then take the elements that I like from each and blend them into one.

I love Zaar! It's a great way for me to find tried and true recipes. The reviews also incredibly helpful...many times they suggest great tips and variations. I'll definitely be using this site for a long time to come!

Favorite Foods:

Baking has always been a favorite for me (I'm sure it stems from my massive sweet tooth!) I'm Indian and love to experiment a lot with ethnic cuisine. My own culture has helped me be more open towards new and different types of foods. I mostly like all types of cuisine. Recently, I've been exploring a lot more greek food. I don't have a favorite dish, but the one I seem to get the most compliments on is the Pasta with Sausage, Tomatoes, and Cream(#32844)...the only difference is that I make it with hot italian sausage.
I'm always on the search for new ethnic recipes, so if anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them!
