about me

i am a dissabled retiree and enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. if i'm not cooking or playing poker, i am probably partaking in my last job which is amusing a black cat whom i raised from two weeks old after having my arm twisted! he hates people but tolerates me, i say he is mine but i know the truth is (he owns me). the reason i joined was trying to see how to make a comment about the deep dish pizza recipe on the site telling how you spread the dough into a round pizza pan making sure you get it up the sides and all the corners. can someone tell me where the corners are in a round pan? lol
