Favorite Foods:

Mock chicken legs made from alternating layers of pork & beef seasoned with garlic/salt pepper and coated with a bread crumb & egg coating.
And to go with it a bacon potatoe salad.
These are foods I grew up with. Being Polish, Mom was a great cook.
