I am a SAHM of 3. I have a 4yo daughter with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is on a gluten-free, casein-free and soy-free diet. My kitchen is more like a chem lab than an actual kitchen these days!!! She is responding wonderfully and it's worth the effort.
