Don't know if I would say that I love cooking but I do LOVE eating good food! So I cook to make food just the way I and my family and friends like it. I also love the way food just makes people happy.

I love using natural ingredients and try to always make a healthier version of recipes. My favorite cuisine is Japanese and go through phases of other cuisines such as Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Chinese.

I also love trying new flavors and unusual recipes.

Favorite Foods:

Anything Japanese, Seafood and although I try to stay away... fresh bread, pastries and anything creamy!

Ask anyone that knows me what my favorite dessert is and they'll tell you... a jar of Nutella. That's heaven in a jar!
