about me

I'm a 28 year old British-American who moved to Ontario with my husband to go back to college to learn glassblowing. When we're both done, we hope to move to the west coast to see what all the fuss is about, I hear it is beautiful. I'm trying to convince my garden to grow vegetables, and occasionally succeeding.

Favorite Foods:

I was raised an ovo-lacto vegetarian by my parents and married an omnivore so my cooking has changed over the years. I have come to enjoy cooking in animal fat and he's come to love most vegetarian staples. I love asian cuisines, particularly Thai food, but a hot spicy Indian curry is always welcome. I enjoy attempting to replicate food I eat in restaraunts and feel great accomplishment when my tastebuds recognise the flavours.
