Frustrated Chef, started out in restaurants when I was 14. Trained with some of the Chef's at the Chambertin, used to be located in Dearborn at the Holiday Inn. That family now owns Opus One in Detroit. Still doing my own thing after all these years and never tire of cooking for others.
