about me

I am recently married, living in the VERY seasonal city of Minneapolis, MN. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, and have been cooking at least that long!
I like spending time with my friends and family, cooking (obviously), and traveling. I love trying new things, and that's one of the main reasons I signed up for membership at this site!

Favorite Foods:

I like just about anything! Like my name says, nothing beats hot crusty bread with a little butter or EVOO!
I like Thai food (LOOOOOVE spicy food), anything Italian, BBQ and Chinese.
I like eating healthy, but if I wouldn't say I always cook the healthiest food. Bring on the butter!!!
