about me

I have been married to the same man for nearly 37 years, have two grown sons that love to eat. I now have two wonderful grand babies...Mia Rose, age 2 1/2 and Marco, age 8 months. They spend a lot of time at Grammas house as I babysit four days per week. I make sure they are well nourished.
My husband and I are retired and have a retirement home in St. Augustine FL. We are back and forth between Northeast PA (namely, Exeter, PA) and Saint Augustine.
We love it in Saint Augustine; however we really miss our grandbabies when we are away from them for 2 wks at a time. I am from a predominately Italian background and cook mostly Italian favorites passed down from generation to generation. However, I do like to cook just about everything and reallly love to bake. The more difficult the recipe is, I take it as a real challenge and tackle it head on!!!
