I experiment with cooking Italian, Vietnamese and Thai food lately. Italian is easiest for me since I grew up with that cuisine. Vietnamese always seems the most healthy but the most time consuming! I wish I had more time to cook, but how much time I have varies.

I am a graduate student in fine arts.
