I love cooking all food kind starting from the very simple food to the complicated and long cooking recipes!!! Also, I’m writing my own book with an extremely cool recopies for "CAT" food! Which is inspired from my beloved cat "NeNe".
I LOVE Martha Stewart... and most of her recipes, books and show, especially "The Martha Rules" Audio version.

Well! I believe I like all food kitchens, but I prefer Indian and Spicy food, also I like the Arabian Gulf Cuisine as well as Egyptian and like most of us Chinese food is a MUST! Also I respect the Morocco Cuisine and ALL Italian food! Also I like trying odd, new recipes and traditional national food…

I’m famous of my Rice dishes (Arabian Gulf Style) which is mixed with lamb or vegetables or both, also you can substitute lamb with chicken, fish or shrimps or only vegetable. This kind of dishes called in Arabic Language “Kapssah” which mean compressed coz we compress all ingredients in a certain way and slow cook the rice mix up-to 45min to 75min. its very near to the Indian biryani but with different and lighter spices…
