I enjoy collecting old cook books along with those put out by communities or organizations. I also enjoy scouring garage sales, book sales and thrift stores to search for old cookbooks.

Many of the recipes I use have already been posted by others. So, the majority of recipes I post will be ones for safe keeping. That way I will know where to find them!

Favorite Foods:

So many! Seafood, Pastas, Italian, Mexican, BBQ would be my favorites both to eat and cook.

My favorite restaurant would have to be PF Changs! Mmmmm, Spicy Chicken, Honey Shrimp, Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef to name a few.
