Have been cooking "real" food for my family everynight for 30 years. Didn't know a thing about cooking when I got married; my mother was a terrible cook. Learned on the job and still am Love to cook! Ginger and curry are my favorites and also I like traditional meals. Hubby says I am an excel. cook; He's from Germany. I make a mean sauerbraten.We have an adopted daughter w/ Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and she is 18 now. She is finally eating our "grown up" foods and she loves it! While I often cook w/ wine, I am very,very careful to cook it down b/4 serving.
