about me

I have been nursing for about 9 years and have a disabled daughter that 17 years old and 3 other girls 19, 18, and 8 years and a step son that is 16 years old. Was just remarried in August 2009. So, I have a very tight schedule.
I love to garden, cook, canning and do crafts. I also help out in the garage with my husbands demo cars. I'm glad the season is almost over.
Then we can get back to remodeling the house soon.
I love to cook out of taste of homes and quick cooking.

Favorite Foods:

I really enjoy all fruits and vetgetables especially if I can can them. I like chicken, pork and fish. I need to the learn more about beef. I grew up on hamburger and hotdogs. I love most desserts but, I had a gastric bypass after a bad car accident I had. So, now I have learned to be with out them. But, I would love to learn how to make them with spenlda or something like that.
Everybody enjoys my chicken to die for.
