Several years ago I experienced overwhelming problems with food sensitivities. I took time to study my blood type and now I gravitate toward blood type B foods, herbs and spices. I can honestly say that my digestive system is much happier now. Thank you for sharing some very healthful recipes with me and for understanding if I need to "tweak" them a little so they jive with my physiology. I've also had the opportunity to develop some recipes that i would be happy to share. My favorite positive affirmation is: I love food...and...food loves me!
Turkey, broccoli, lima beans, any salad dressing that make my veggies taste like heaven and chocolate...of course.
