about me

I am a college student who loves nothing more than to cook but is too much of a wimp for culinary school! I love to try and substitute healthier ingredients in recipes, so that I don't fatten my boyfriend and me up after we have lost a ton of weight! Fat-free sour cream does taste good!
I work at a nursing home full-time in order to support myself, and in my spare time I like to go to local rock shows, listen to all kinds of music, hang with my boyfriend (guitarist), and I am a movie freak! O yeah, I also love to cook!
I have lived in a couple different states (New Jersey, Maryland and Florida) and I love all of them and the different type of culinary cultures in them. Especially trying to find good Italian food outside of NJ is hard (I'm Italian)!
