I discovered rather late in life that I cannot handle gluten any more. Maybe I didn't pay attention to signs for over 30 years. So now I'm learning to cook gluten free and low glycemic. I'm infamous for getting a recipe pretty good then changing it, hence the "Experimental" handle. I've gotten some good recipes here. Maybe I can contribute a few back.
