After working 13 years in a multi-faceted restaurant with a Full-Scale Restaurant, a Deli, an Off-Premise Catering Department and a Banquet Faciltiy with 10 rooms, I worked 6 years as an Event Coordinator.
Most recently I have gone full time into residential real estate sales. (Yeah, I know....fabulous time to do so!)
I am a wannabe culinary critic and am one of the most snobby of the snobbiest when it comes to dining out. i agree that there is a place on the Earth for places like McDonald's, but not in my world unless there was a very late night beforehand.
If you are moving to the Jackon area I would love to help you find a house, and best of all I would love to help you find the best restaurants!!
Med-Rare steak, crab, shrimp, crawfish, fresh tuna, salmon, nachos, anything with alfredo sauce on it, large salads. I have expensive tastes unfortunately, but I do love to have "pizza day" with friends occasionally.
