about me

I live in a small very rural town in south Texas (pop. 2000) with my husband, teenage son and daughter. I'd love to have a small restaurant some day but I've never been involved in the business and would probably be "biting off more than I could chew"!

I love to cook and try new recipes but don't have as much time as I'd like during the school year so summer is when I really experiment. Plus, I work full-time outside of my home which is probably a good thing otherwise I'd cook constantly and eat way too much!
