I was lucky to be born in Hawaii and I work as an ICU nurse in Honolulu. I love gardening and I have the sagging bookshelf full of books to prove it. I also love to bake, but I'm not really a good cook unless I have a recipe. I also have over 200 cookbooks and the cabinet is full!

Favorite Foods:

My most requested dishes are Pricilla's pumpkin roll, barbecue ribs, somen salad and the infamous teriyaki spam musubi are my most requested dishes. I am most famous though for 2 of my failures. Louisianna shrimp bake that smelled so bad and was so overcooked that even the cat ran away from it, and my very tasty lemon meringue pie. The only catch was you had to drink it.
