I am a budding Gourmet. I love to cook just about everything. My motto is "I only cook one thing...Good food" Friends and family agree. I am happy if whomever I prepare a meal for is happy. I am always open to new recipe ideas and variations of old favorites. I could live on past alone...with some type of sauce. My favorite meal to cook is seafood Alfredo, But I am best known for my mushrooms.
