I love eating, so cooking is a means to an end. I also love to celebrate life with simple, delicious dishes made with foods that are in season. I aspire to live in thanksgiving daily - Thanksgiving with a capital T because it's my favorite holiday (it's all about the food); thanksgiving with a lowercase t because I believe gratitude is a precursor to joy.
