If you're into food you're no doubt familiar with the Food Network and their shows "Dinner Impossible" and "Rescue Chef." I seem to be developing somewhat of a reputation as a miracle worker when it comes to impossible kitchen situations. When you think about some of the worst food you can imagine you would be hard pressed to put something higher on your list than Hospital food. Up to the challenge I have recently started working as the Executive Chef for the Yukon-Kuskowim Health Corporation (YKHC) Hospital in Bethel, Alaska.
