I am an artist and graphic designer.
I love to cook, but my great passion is baking. I am thinking of baking for parties and special occasions...

I have a worm farm. I give the compost to my children's school veggie garden, as I don't grow my own vegetables, but support local organic farmers by ordering a veggie bag once a week. Because I get what's in season, I have learned to think on my feet in the kitchen and cook what's in the cupboard/fridge etc.
Sometimes I have an ingredient and don't know how to cook it, then I come to Recipezaar and look it up. I have made wonderful dishes from this site!

Favorite Foods:

Desserts! Cakes!
Chocolate, strawberries, other berries, nuts – especially hazelnuts and macadamias, eggs, yoghurt, fresh organic vegetables, pasta...
I prefer vegetarian food, but my family still eat meat. So I usually cook vegetarian meals with meat on the side.
