My favorite foods include potatoes and ethnic recipes such as perogy, cabbage rolls. And let's not forget homemade cakes, pies, and cookies. My favorite meal starts with homemade potato soup, followed by breaded pork schnitzel with homefried potatoes, and a Polish recipe for kapusta (sauerkraut), rye bread and butter. For dessert, how about homemade apple squares with whipped cream topping.
