I live near one of Sydney's beaches as you can gather from my nickname. I'm an experienced home cook and I'm really enjoying the zaar.

Favorite Foods:

Love Asian foods - what Australian doesn't? - we go to Asia so often and we learn the nances of the cuisine. Love Mediterranean foods, suits our climate. Love to cook classic European food mainly in winter when the flavours seem more appropriate. Love the traditional Aussie BBQ, needless to say.
