I am new to the whole health food idea. I was a sinner when it came to using fried foods as a staple in my family's diet. I have learned from that and I am changing my meals lower fats etc. Or at least trying so if you know of good things I can fix which are good for you.. that the kids wont go running for the door.. please let me know!! I would love to try things out on them. I know they love my low fat meal for Pork tenderloin so I'm having a go at other things now like Tofu!
I love to make Lasagna, Meatloaf, Chicken and Dumplings, Pasta Salads, Regular green salads, Pork Tenderloin and Turkey Tenderloin, Starting to get in to Fish and how to cook them and the best way to serve them. I have a killer Crab Cake recipe which I use a muffin pan instead of a cookie sheet to make them in.. it makes them bite size for parties and gatherings for holidays or picnics.
