My name is Nicole and I live in a small town in Eastern North Carolina. I work as a technical writer for a government contractor but I aspire to be a professional chef.
It's just me and DBF who i've been with for about 8 years. We're getting married September 5, 2009. We have two adorable orange tabby cat kids: Persimmon and Louis Vuitton.
I love to cook and bake for my family. They live close by so I often cook for them. Its hard to please DBF as he's a very picky eater, so when I make something he likes it really makes my day.

I also love chinese food. And of course I absolutely love all things chocolate.
