I have recently retired and live with my 2 cats and 2 dogs. I love trying new recipes and so do my pets. Since retiring we are all a little over weight. Well, okay, a lot of over weight. I think giving up smoking about the same time had something to do with that too.
Fall is my favorite season and Halloween is my favorite day. I start decorating my yard at the end of Sept. and take down at the end of Oct. 85% of my decorations are home made and much of that is made from recyclables. Recycle, recycle, recycle. Most everything can be reused one way or the other.
I use to love winter but can no longer stand it, it's an old age thing I guess.
I love being outdoors especially in my flower gardens. Every here and there I stick in a veggie plant and have fresh veggies all summer long.

Favorite Foods:

Squash, Yellow Patio Tomatoes, Kohlrabi, cauliflower.
Seafood, Chinese, Pork, Wild Game.
