Cooking is an art, and since I love being creative, it was a very natural thing for me to learn to cook at a young age. I spent hours in the kitchen with my dad, who was a chef, and my mom, who loved to share her kitchen with me too!

I love to be creative in the kitchen, so anything from soup to nuts is possible for me to be making at any given time.

I love seafood and being from the coast of Maine makes it readily available and fresh too!

I like recipes from other cuisines from around the world, and Thai, Italian, French and Chinese are among my favorites!
