I live in a small border city and love to travel. I get alot of my recipe ideas from travel.
I love to entertain and eat!! I don't have a fav cookbook but I love Recipezaar. Pet Peeve is rude people.
I had Roux en Y gastric bypass done October 16- 2007 and have lost 200+ LBS.
I plan to own a bed and breakfast with a public Bistro. Oh to dream

Fav food Thai- Cajun- Veitnamese West and East Indian
Anything Spicy. I an famous and infamous for family dishes haha.
