Wife and Mom. I love to cook and bake, but do not have much time to do it when I am working. I like simple meals, few ingredients but with lots of flavor punch!! I love to have family game nights with appetizers and drinks. I like to travel, camp, sew, scrapbook and play video games.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite recipes usually involve chicken, mexican seasons, pineapple, and garlic, just not prepared together. I am famous in my circle of family and friends for my secret Cranberry Apple Pie. I like to surprise people with it, so i don't want them to be able to prepare it themselves or the surprise would not be as special. My favorite restuarants are places with good southern style catfish with cornmeal coating and hushpuppies. I also love sushi, mexican dishes, and cajun style foods.
