I'm a wife, mother of four, and nurse who likes to cook easy meals that please both my kids and my husband (who had the best cook in the world for a mother). I like budget friendly meals that use wholesome and fresh ingredients. But I'm not afraid to use a little butter if you know what I mean. I have enjoyed using recipes from the Barefoot Contessa ( I have all her cookbooks) and Paula Deen in the past. They never seem to disappoint.

Favorite Foods:

Thanksgiving dinner is my favorite. I love Mexican and Italian food. I also enjoy to BBQ in the summer.
